Sleeping connected: A 2-hour course on safe & peaceful infant & toddler sleep

Are you expecting a baby or have an infant and wondering how to make bedtime as smooth as possible? Do you have a baby or toddler that struggles at bedtime? Then this course is for you! In this class you will learn why it is important that children feel safe and connected to fall and stay) asleep and how to provide a feeling of safety in a way that fits your unique family.

Did you know that for most of our evolutionary history as well as in more transitional societies today, infant/toddler sleep was/is not an issue? Children go voluntarily to sleep when they are tired, and parents don't feel completely exhausted. No sleep training or teaching needed.

In this workshop, we will cover how we can create the conditions necessary for peaceful sleep that work for your unique family. We will also cover how to change sleep arrangements over time and what to do when things don't go as hoped.
